Heat shrink encapsulation protects sensors and other critical components from physical and chemical trauma.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a class=\"yellow button\" href=\"https:\/\/www.zeusinc.com\/contact-us\">REQUEST A SAMPLE<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Dual-Shrink\u2122<\/h2>\n<p>Dual-Shrink\u2122 is Zeus\u2019 unique bilayer heat shrink that combines heat shrinkable outer layer with a polymer inner layer. When\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zeusinc.com\/products\/heat-shrinkable-tubing\/dual-shrink\/\">Dual-Shrink\u2122<\/a>\u00a0is heated, the outer layer shrinks while the inner layer melts and reflows into and around to cover the component, resulting in a solid moisture-proof encapsulation.<\/p>\n<p>Our standard Dual-Shrink\u2122 features a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zeusinc.com\/materials\/ptfe\/\">PTFE<\/a>\u00a0outer layer with an\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zeusinc.com\/materials\/fep\/\">FEP<\/a>\u00a0inner layer. PTFE is available in up to 4:1 shrink ratio.
