Used over low durometer jackets such as Pebax\u00ae, polyurethanes, and nylons, FluoroPEELZ\u2122 eliminates nicks that have plagued operators and quality engineers for decades\u00a0created by \u201cskiving off\u201d FEP heat shrink.<\/p>\n<p>In order to reduce downstream processing and increase yields, FluoroPEELZ\u2122 is being adopted into legacy catheter lines due to the cost savings this heat shrink provides. With dwell times and recovery temperatures consistent with traditional FEP heat shrink, FluoroPEELZ\u2122 integrates seamlessly into existing catheter manufacturing processes \u2013 no new equipment, tooling, or capital investment needed.<\/p>\n<p>The high optical clarity of FluoroPEELZ\u2122 allows operators to visually inspect the construction during the reflow process.
