PEEK Insulated Wire<\/strong><\/p>\n

Zeus PEEK insulated wire was developed specifically for use in challenging environments such as the oil and gas, aerospace, and electrical industries. PEEK insulated wire provides superior abrasion resistance and the ability to withstand intense pressures and exposure to caustic fluids. For some applications, little or no varnish is needed, and slot liners may not be required. These properties make it an excellent choice for applications where long-term durability and reliable insulation are critical.<\/p>\n

PEEK insulated wire is 100% AC spark tested* during extrusion and is available with insulation thicknesses ranging from 0.001\u2033 (0.025 mm) to 0.080\u2033 (2.032 mm) and in American Wire Gauge (AWG) sizes #2 to #40.<\/p>\n

PFA Insulated Wire<\/strong><\/p>\n

Zeus PFA insulated wire combines the excellent dielectric properties and broad chemical resistance of PFA with precision extrusion capabilities to produce high-performance insulated wire for demanding electrical applications. PFA offers outstanding electrical insulation, flexibility, and high-temperature performance, making it well-suited for applications requiring dependable electrical performance in harsh operating environments.<\/p>\n

PFA insulated wire is available in a variety of insulation thicknesses and in AWG sizes #2 to #24 to meet the requirements of diverse electrical and electromechanical applications.<\/p>\n
